The cold-water fish recommended by the boss to us was really good, with tender meat. Most importantly, the chef's cooking skills were good. Even the other dishes, yak beef, mushrooms and Four Seasons Fragrance, were the most satisfying ones we had eaten along the way. The price was not expensive.
